Serves as chief administrative officer, recommends and participates in formulation of new policies and makes decisions within the bounds of existing policies. Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the staff, programs and activities to ensure the association’s goals and objectives are met.
Director or Marketing & Communications
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the association's marketing strategies, membership communications, and public relations activities. Manages and provides support materials and services for the HBA Membeship Commitee, Board of Directors and serves as the staff liason for the various HBA councils. Works with the website manager to provide membership, council and event information. Maintains membership database and the HBA's social network outlets. Responsible for coordination, registration and implementation of all HBA external activities including the HBA Spring Golf Classic, General Membership Meetings as well as the Home & Product Expo. Vicki comes to the HBA of West Florida with a tremendous amount of experience in the industry after serving as the the Vice President of Operations for the HBA of Metro Denver where she was responsible for producing their Parade of Homes and all events associated with their operations.
